Battlecry was awesome! It was really amazing to me because I really felt Gods presence. During worship, I really was touched by the Holy Spirit. I felt the power of God surge through my body and I was just washed clean and all the heavy burdens lifted.

Being a youth pastor is hard. Especially when you are 23, recently married, two kids and one on the way. God is so good though and I know that I will always glorify His name in all the earth.

 

I just want to encourage all of you youth pastors, youth leaders, adults, and student leaders to come to battlecry! You will never be the same!

All you need is a heart that beats for Jesus!

This is from one of our staff who is working behind the scenes on this event:

I was walking from one area to another, taking care of some items that I needed to take care of, when I went down the stairs onto the floor of the arena. I was totally blocked. I couldnt move any further - because the entire area in front of me was FILLED with young people - talking to God, praying for each other, having a real moment where they encountered God for themselves and opened their hearts to the love of God. It's hard to describe how that moment made me feel. There are over 10,000 people here...all seeking God together.
