As a youth leader, the fate of this generation truly rests on your shoulders. You already realize that you're engaged in a battle. We want to help you win.

HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN DO:

• Personally enlist in the Battle Cry Coalition today
  
  
• Create and share your own Battle Plan on battlecry.com
  
  
• Give your senior pastor a copy of "Battle Cry for a Generation" (if he has not already read it). Share your vision with him and ask him for his help
  
  
• Raise awareness among the youth leaders in your community by emailing them a link to battlecry.com and speaking at gatherings
  
  
• Form a team with your senior pastor to commit to the immediate planning and action to begin doubling the size of your youth group year after year
  
  
• Ask the teens in your youth group to create their own personal Battle Plan at battlecry.com
  
  
• With your coalition team, create a plan to grow your youth ministry over the next five years. Share your plan with the congregation
  
  
• Start to execute your plan. Regularly update you pastor, the elders and the entire congregation on what is happening in your youth ministry
  
  
• Attend special youth events with your youth group, possibly a Battle Cry event or Acquire the Fire event. Use these events as opportunities to grow your group by challenging your teens to invite their friends
